Maple & Beer BBQ Wings

What you'll need
- 1kg Wings
- 200ml Stokes Original BBQ
- 100 ml Maple Syrup
- 200 ml Dark Beer.
BBQ Sauce, maple syrup and dark beer – it can only mean awesome wings – gooaaal!
Method

- Mix the BBQ sauce, Maple syrup and beer to make a marinade.
- Put the Chicken wings in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper, and a splash of veg oil.
- Get your BBQ hot and place the Chicken wings on the BBQ.
- Brush the marinade over each wing and cook for a few minutes and then turn the wings and brush again with marinade.
- Keep turning the wings regularly and brushing with the BBQ marinade until the wings are fully cooked.
- Chef’s tip: When cooking on the BBQ, use a digital meat thermometer. It takes all the risk away from undercooked food or charcoaled meat.
