Air-Fry Sprouts & Bacon
A Stokes recipe by a passionate contributor, Rodney
- Serves 4
- 20 plus prep

What you'll need
- 350g trimmed sprouts
- 6 rashers of unsmoked bacon
- 2 tbsp Real Brown Sauce
Cook the bacon in advance as directed below, keep it refrigerated and add it to the sprouts on the day.
Method

- In advance, slice the bacon into approximately 1 inch squares; brush liberally with our truly grownup Brown Sauce, and grill to just cooked.
- Set aside to cool and keep refrigerated until the big day.
- As always, pre-heat your air-fryer (AF).
- Trim the sprouts and toss them in a little rapeseed oil in a bowl.
- Add the grilled bacon and stir together.
- Pop the combination in the AF at 180 and cook for12 minutes, tossing the contents at 4 minute intervals.
- The date-rich Persian spices of the Brown Sauce on the bacon works so well with the crunchy sprouts.
