Beef Crumble with Red Onion Marmalade

What you'll need
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 450 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp Stokes Red Onion Marmalade
- 1 tbsp Stokes Tomato Ketchup
- 300 ml beef stock
- 50 g butter
- 60 g flour
- 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 25 g of oats
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Fantastic. Who would have thought that adding a simple crumble topping to a savoury mince dish would create such refreshing texture to the meal – what a joy!
Method

- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mince and fry for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the Stokes Red Onion Marmalade, Tomato Ketchup and the beef stock. Season as required. Turn into a shallow oven-proof dish.
- In a bowl, rub the butter into the flour, then stir in the cheese, oats and herbs.
- Spoon crumble over meat. Bake at 190 degrees for between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
- Serve with seasonal greens and mash.
