Mackerel Paté with Creamed Horseradish

What you'll need
- 250 g smoked mackerel fillets
- 165 g soft cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp Stokes Creamed Horseradish Sauce
- finely chopped dill
This truly is easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Spooned onto rocket and / or watercress as a deliciously simple starter.
Method

- Skin the mackerel fillets and break into small pieces.
- Add the soft cheese, the lemon zest and Horseradish Sauce. Mix well.
- Season to taste, add lemon juice to taste. Stir in most of the dill.
- Cover and chill, and when ready to serve sprinkle the remaining dill on top.
