  • 1 large bagel
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Stokes Sicilian Lemon Mayonnaise
  • A generous helping of smoked salmon slices
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • A handful of salad leaves (watercress and rocket work particularly well)

Method

  1. Halve the bagel horizontally.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and lemony Mayonnaise together, then spread on both soft sides of the bagel.
  3. Lay the red onion slices on to the bottom half of the bagel, then top with the smoked salmon and a good grind of black pepper.
  4. Heap the salad leaves on the salmon, then replace the top half.
