A very nice rich mint sause

Ideal for Sunday lamb. Most mint sauces vary a lot, yet stokes is spot on. I even took it into a restaurant as they clearly provided the worst mint sauce going.

Sickly sweet

Very disappointed. Wish I'd read the ingredients before buying but I was trusting the brand. 27 percent sugar. There is no way I would ruin good lamb with this. I can't think what to do with it except make sweets. There is vinegar but no balance just so sweet

The best

I simply love the taste, it’s so true to what I expect of a good mint sauce. I can buy other makes off the shelf but whatever they use just do not have the type of ingredients that are as tasty .
The issue I do have though is that pots of the mint sauce are so much smaller these days than they used to be!
